MPCHAT: Chat prestige levels
Levels are determined depending on the attendance of the chat and the activity of communication automatically. If your chat has an average of 1000 messages per day then it gets 1st level, 2000 2nd level and so on. Statuses are assigned only to chats active for more than a month.
0 - entry level, no status

PRO
- PRO status for chats with a tariff of 10 euros (the chat is higher than others in the list)
VIP
- VIP status for chats with a tariff of 20 euros (the chat is the highest in the list)
