MPCHAT: Chat Prestige Levels
Levels are determined automatically based on chat traffic and communication activity. If your chat averages 1,000 messages per day, it receives level 1; if it averages 2,000 messages per day, it receives level 2; and so on. Statuses are assigned only to chats that have been active for more than a month.
