fallback или как настроить незаметное слушателям переключение ведущими

Всем привет. Народ, подмогните мне, слепому...
в общем есть такая фишка: на моем компе играет сэм с сервером айскаст в режиме автодиджей. как сделать так, чтоб в любое время, с другого компьютера, один из моих диджеев мог подключиться к эфиру. я так понимаю, что эта технология перебрасывает всех слушателей на стреам от диджея, а мой сэм играет себе пока диджей не отключится от эфира... в общем нарыл и изменил себе icecast.xml на вот это

Как и полагается, ОНО НЕ РАБОТАЕТ) помогите пожалуйста, может я что где неправильно сделал...кому сдесь неудобно, стучите на асю 563148534 или на скайп sunradio.fm
