не могу подружить ezstream и icecast

не могу подружить ezstream и icecast. это для локалки. (делал с помощью vlc, но никто не мог приконнектиться. сам себя слышал)

icecast нормально запускается, а ezstream что батником, что из консоли - моргнул и потух. в процессах нету. ОС винда

C:\ezstream\ezstream.exe -c C:\ezstream\ezstream.xml

может есть другой вариант подавать на сервер музыко? пробовал СЭМ - пушкой по воробью, с винампа не берет.

oddcast пишет error with lame_enc.dll
скачал новую, перебрал настройки, разные треки
как можно пофиксить?
