Child Safety Standards Policy

This standard sets out the policy for establishing and using child protection measures against child sexual abuse and exploitation content. This standard applies to content posted through our website and mobile application.

1. Use of the website or application for purposes related to child sexual abuse or exploitation is prohibited. In particular, promotion of exploitative behavior is prohibited, including:
- unacceptable actions towards children
- corruption of minors, such as meeting and communicating with a child on the Internet for the purpose of committing acts of a sexual nature (online or offline) and/or exchanging sexual images with him/her
- sexualization of minors, such as material that depicts, provokes or encourages the sexual abuse of children, or depicts children in a way that may lead to their sexual exploitation
- blackmail with revelations of sexual life (for example, threats or blackmail of a child with real or imaginary access to his intimate photographs);
- child trafficking (for example, inviting and involving a child in activities leading to his or her subsequent commercial sexual exploitation).

2. The publication of content that depicts minors in a sexual context, content related to the exploitation of children or abuse of them is prohibited. This content includes, but is not limited to, photographs, videos, computer-generated images and other visual materials that depict minors in a sexual context.

3. If the application detects content specified in paragraph 2, as well as content that facilitates the actions specified in paragraph 1, the application operator will immediately take the following measures:
- removal of such content;
- blocking the accounts of users on whose behalf the specified content was created, uploaded to the application and/or distributed.

4. Our website has a function for sending a complaint for all messages or uploaded files. In our messenger application for the website, next to each received message there is a SPAM link. Messages marked as spam will be sent to us for review.

5. The application complies with current legislation regarding child safety and protection, and allows the user to submit feedback, complaints and questions on the topic of child safety using our Contact page.
